What resources are in the game?
• Gems – Earned from Story Missions and increasing your Impact Level, or purchased from the Store. Gems are used across many parts of the game.
• Coins – Earned through game modes. Used for Check ups and purchasing Stable stalls.
• Scout Tokens – Spent when Scouting. Scout Tokens refill over time, and extras can be purchased with Gems.
• Play Energy – Required to enter game modes. Play Energy refills over time up to a cap; bonus energy can exceed the cap but refilling pauses until you drop below the cap again.
• Charms – Used to modify Scout results to favour specific horse types. Charms unlock at Impact Level 5 and are kept permanently once acquired.
Is there a resource cap?
Gems and Coins are unlimited. Scout Tokens cap at 1 (non-Barbie Riding Club member) or 2 (Barbie Riding Club member). Play Energy caps at 10. Charms cap at 8. However, all resources allow overflow from bonuses.
Why is there a dollar amount next to my Gems?
The dollar amount shown next to your Gems is there to help you understand the value of the Gems you have and how much you’re spending when you use them.
You won’t be charged this amount and it’s only a reference to show the equivalent value of the Gems being used in-game. It helps you keep track of your Gem balance and make informed choices while playing.
