The Premium Draft cards shown in the Store and in the Tournament prize listings are displayed with their highest possible level stats and skills. This is done to show the full potential of the card to players.
When a card is drafted or won in a tournament it will start at level 1, but can be leveled and evolved to unlock those higher level stats and skills.
