You may request a refund for recent purchases directly from Google Play:

If this is unsuccessful, you may request a refund directly from PikPok Customer Support
You may send an email directly to support@pikpok.com or by filling out our Support Form
Please either send us the email address associated with your Google Play account or send us a screenshot of the order confirmation receipt.
The confirmation receipt should display the following:
- Item name
- Order Date
- Order Number starting with "GPA" followed by a long string of numbers (eg. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345)
